Wash Quality

No. Absolutely not. Brightworks has invested in the most innovative car wash equipment specifically to provide a clean, shiny car without damage or scratches. Our advanced wash system is designed to provide a thorough clean while protecting your vehicle's paint using gentle, high-quality materials and controlled motion. We stand behind every wash - if your experience falls short, we'll make it right.
We use a premium chemistry rather than generic soap. This formula deep cleans while conditioning your vehicle's surface and leaves it clean, shiny, and bright. The foam encapsulates dirt particles and lifts them safely away from your paint without scratching.
Our modern exterior wash equipment is designed to accommodate most standard vehicle configurations. We recommend folding in your mirrors, and removing antennas that are not OEM-flush-mount style. If you have aftermarket parts, body kit, or pre-existing damage, please speak to a manager on duty before entering our car wash tunnel.

BrightPass Membership

BrightPass is our monthly car wash membership program. For one flat monthly fee, you can wash your car as often as once per day, all month long. Simply sign up online or stop by, and we'll get you set up. Plus, you'll have access to our designated member lane each time you visit. It's that easy.
Yes! There are no long-term contracts with BrightPass. You can cancel or change your plan at any time through our online member portal at brightworkscarwash.app.rinsed.co. No cancellation fees, no hassle.
It most certainly is. BrightPass memberships are not location-specific, nor are our Wash Cards. Both Granbury and Fort Worth BrightPass memberships are valid at either location. For any questions, please contact us directly.
Each BrightPass membership covers one vehicle. If you have multiple vehicles, you'll need a separate membership for each.
You can manage your membership entirely online through our member portal at brightworkscarwash.app.rinsed.co. From there, you can update billing, change your plan, add vehicles, view wash history, and more.
No — BrightPass Memberships require a valid credit or debit card on file. Because your membership automatically renews on your monthly purchase anniversary date, a recurring payment method is required to keep your account active and uninterrupted. For a flexible, no-subscription alternative, consider a Brightworks Wash Card, which can be used on any service we offer with no recurring charges.
Yes! Members on The Works ($40/month plan) can add on premium interior car cleaning and wheel & tire service during any visit. Simply pull into one of our attended lanes at the pay station and let your service advisor know which add-on service you'd like for that visit — they'll take care of the rest. It's a convenient and discounted way to go beyond the exterior wash and keep every part of your vehicle looking its best, all without leaving the property.

Services & Pricing

A full-service car wash is a light general cleaning that is a standalone car wash service. It includes quick vacuuming, surface wipe-down, and basic window cleaning, which typically takes 10 to 15 minutes. An Express Detail is a more comprehensive service that includes deeper interior cleaning, surface conditioning, and glass cleaning — all completed in 45 minutes or less depending on vehicle condition.
Full-service detailing timelines vary based on vehicle size, condition, and the specific services requested. A thorough full-service detail typically takes several hours. We recommend scheduling in advance by calling us so we can assess your vehicle and provide a time estimate.
Yes, we work with local businesses and fleet operators. Please call us directly to discuss volume pricing, scheduling, and customized service programs for your fleet needs.
Yes! Wash Cards make great gifts. You can purchase Wash Cards online through our website or in person at either location. Check your card balance at any time on our website. Please note that our Wash Card gift cards are valid at any location.

Environmental

Yes, absolutely! Home washing can use 80–140 gallons of water per wash, and runoff carries soap, oil, and chemicals directly into storm drains. Brightworks uses advanced water reclamation technology that captures and recycles water from every wash. We use significantly less water per vehicle, and all wastewater is properly processed — not dumped into the ground or drains.
We use professional grade chemistry, biodegradable cleaning products that are effective on dirt and grime but designed to minimize environmental impact. Our water reclamation system also ensures that no chemicals enter local waterways.

Customer Concerns

No, we do not offer rain checks. However, our BrightPass Membership is the perfect solution — for one flat monthly fee, you can wash your car as often as once per day, all month long. So if it rains right after your wash, just come back tomorrow at no extra cost. It's the best way to protect your investment and stay ahead of the weather year-round.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you feel your vehicle wasn't cleaned to your expectations, please speak to one of our staff members before leaving our property — we'll be happy to make it right on the spot. If you've already left, reach out to us through our web chat and we'll gladly invite you back to get everything squared away. We stand behind the quality of every wash.
Yes! BrightPass Members are welcome to vacuum before their wash, or even stop in just to vacuum without going through the tunnel. Either way, please check in with our service advisor at the pay station first — they'll confirm your membership and guide you down to the vacuum stations. Non-members who'd like to vacuum only or vacuum before washing are also welcome to visit our service advisor at the pay station, and they'll walk you through the next steps from there.
We take every concern seriously. If you believe your vehicle sustained damage during your visit, please speak with one of our managers before leaving and fill out a customer incident report. Our team will review the camera footage from your wash and follow up with you within 48 hours. Your peace of mind and the safety of your vehicle are important to us.
Brightworks is closed on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day. On days when heavy rain has left the streets wet or washed out, we may temporarily close the facility — washing a car in those conditions simply wouldn't make sense! On very rare occasions, we may also need to close briefly for scheduled maintenance when replacing a major component. This typically happens no more than once a year. If you're ever unsure whether we're open, feel free to reach out via our web chat or text message for an immediate response.
