YOUR PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the Site Manager is to develop and maintain a team of people who deliver car wash and detail services to the customer effectively according to company standards (quality), efficiently according to company standards (speed and safety) and cost effectively by maintaining budgeted costs (profitability).
In addition, the Site Manager is responsible for the appearance and maintenance of all aspects of the site.
YOUR DUTIES
As a Site Manager you will be trained on, and expected to perform, tasks in all areas of the operation. Your specific duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform all Team Member duties and tasks at a high-level.
- Perform all Quality Specialist duties and tasks at a high-level.
- Perform all Service Advisor duties and tasks at a high-level.
- Perform all Shift Supervisor duties and tasks at a high-level.
- Perform all Assistant Manager duties and tasks at a high-level.
- Oversee the day-to-day site operations.
- Ensure that all tasks and checklists are completed properly each day.
- Ensure that all tasks and checklists are completed properly throughout
your shift. - Maintain time and quality standards on all Express, Interior and Full-Service detail services.
- Train new Team Members, Quality Specialists, Service Advisors, Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers.
- Perform procedure performance audits and tracking.
- Coach all employees on all processes and procedures to maintain quality and time standards.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance tasks performed each day.
- Perform and oversee all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance.
- Perform minor equipment repairs quickly and efficiently as trained.
- Perform Opening and Closing procedures when scheduled.
- Assist in handling general customer inquiries, customer complaints, member issues, and all other customer related matters.
- Review and process all customer damage claims.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues in the tunnel and equipment room.
- Scheduling of employees based on projected volume and contingency planning.
- Perform interviewing and hiring of new employees.
- Recommend disciplinary action, up to and including termination, for employees when needed.
- Perform performance reviews when scheduled.
- Conduct and participate in Manager and Team Meetings.
- Increase the number of promotable employees at your location.
- All other duties as assigned.
YOUR PURPOSE
As a Shift Supervisor your purpose is to support Brightworks Car Wash management in all aspects including problem-solving, anticipating wash volume to make labor adjustments and real-time decision-making.
YOUR DUTIES
Shift Supervisors perform a multitude of tasks and are one of the most important,
impactful positions in our operation. Without high-level Shift Supervisors, it would
be almost impossible for us to properly serve our customers.
As a Shift Supervisor you will be trained on, and expected to perform, tasks in a number of different areas of the operation. Your specific duties will include the
following:
- Perform all Team Member duties and tasks at a high-level.
- Perform all Quality Specialist duties and tasks at a high-level.
- Perform all Service Advisor duties and tasks at a high-level.
- Oversee the site operations during your assigned shift.
- Ensure that all tasks and checklists are completed properly throughout your shift.
- Maintain time and quality standards on all Express and Interior services.
- Assist in training and coaching new Team Members, Quality Specialists, and Service Advisors.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks as trained and assigned.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned and scheduled.
- Perform Opening and Closing procedures.
- Assist in handling general customer inquiries, customer complaints, member issues, and all other customer related matters.
- Assist with procedure performance audits and tracking.
- All other duties as assigned.
YOUR PURPOSE
As a Service Advisor your purpose is to welcome our customers with a positive greeting and a smile. Additionally, you will be recommending Express and Interior services to our customers based on their needs and the condition of their vehicle.
YOUR POSITION & DUTIES
Service Advisors perform a multitude of tasks and are one of the most important, impactful positions in our operation. Without high-level Service Advisors, our customers wouldn’t have the positive, high-quality experience each and every time they visit.
As a Service Advisor you will be trained on, and expected to perform, tasks in a number of different areas of the operation. Your specific duties will include the following:
- Perform all Team Member duties and tasks at a high-level.
- Perform all Quality Specialist duties and tasks at a high-level.
- Inform customers of our BrightPass Memberships.
- Perform the procedure for enrolling new BrightPass Members.
- Recommend Express, Interior and Detail services to customers based on vehicle condition and customer need.
- Inspect all vehicles for damage.
- Remove antennas, fold in side mirrors, and apply tape to rear wiper blades.
- Check truck beds to ensure there is no debris that could come out or cause issues in the wash process.
- Process all transactions in the attended lane.
- Answer general questions about our services and operation.
- Assist existing BrightPass members with any membership issues.
- Assist with training new Service Advisors.
- Perform Opening and Closing procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
YOUR PURPOSE
As a Team Member your purpose is to serve our customers by providing consistent, high-quality wash and detail services in a positive, safe, fast-paced environment.
YOUR POSITIONS & DUTIES
Team Members perform a multitude of tasks around the entire property and are an integral part of our operation. Without great Team Members, we couldn’t provide the level of service our customers expect.
As a Team Member, you will be trained and expected to perform tasks in a number of different areas of the operation. Your specific positions and duties will
include the following:
- Aftercare
- Perform hands-on exterior towel dry services for customers receiving an Express service.
- Perform hands-on interior cleaning services for customers receiving an Express Interior or Express Detail service.
- Perform Lot Maintenance in all of areas of the car wash.
- Assist with training new Team Members.
- Perform Opening and Closing procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Prep
- Guide on customers using distinctive and clear hand signals.
- Check every customer vehicle before it enters the wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues.
- Facilitate the speedy processing of customer vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash.
- Perform hands-on vehicle preparation services for all customers.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in the car wash tunnel.
- Perform Opening and Closing procedures.
- Assist with training new Team Members.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Sign Holder
- Hold the street sign to help attract more customers to the location.
- Actively draw the attention of passing vehicles.
- Stand with the sign at all times until instructed to rotate and relieved.
- Assist with training new Team Members.
